Our policies: scheduling your appointment is an acceptance of these policies
No show and cancellation policy
Out of respect to our staff and other patients, we kindly ask that you give a minimum of a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you do not provide us with this, you will be subject to a late cancellation fee of $50. If you no show to an appointment you will be subject to a fee of $75 for appointments scheduled for under 30 minutes and $120 for appointments scheduled over 30 minutes.
Late arrival: if you arrive greater than 10 minutes late for your appointment your appointment may be shortened or cancelled.
Refund policy: At Plump You Up, we strive to provide you with a unique experience and satisfactory results; however, aesthetic treatments are not an exact science and results may vary. We ask that if you are unhappy with your results that you call within 48 hours to discuss this with staff. You may be required to be assessed in our office. All services and treatments are non refundable.
Payment: All services must be paid for at time of service. As all services are elective aesthetic services we are unable to bill medical insurance. Prices of products and services are subject to change. Price changes will not affect service packages that are already purchased. We accept Cash and Credit Cards (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover). We also offer Patient Financing Option with Cherry.
Photo Policy As an aesthetic clinic, we may take pictures before treatment and at appropriate intervals throughout your treatments. These photos are important for clinical purposes and to track progress. We reserve the right to use these photos to demonstrate pre and post procedure results. They may be used for our training manuals, presentations, website, social media and advertisements. For your privacy no names will be used and eyes will be blacked out if the patient chooses.
